Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who books an appointment with Asamy Aura Design, contacts the studio, or uses our website. By booking with us or browsing this site, you agree to these terms. If something isn't clear, please ask before your appointment.

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone or in person.
• A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message from us.
• Please arrive 5 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
• For some services (laser, chemical peels) we may ask you to complete a short consultation form before your visit.

We ask for 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. The full policy is available on our Cancellation Policy page.

• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• Payment is due at the end of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable GST and QST.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from purchase.

Please tell us about any allergies, recent skincare (retinoids, acids, isotretinoin), pregnancy, recent sun exposure, cosmetic injections or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. For your safety, we may decline or adjust a service when contraindications are present.

Our artists deliver each treatment to a professional standard, but individual results vary based on skin, hair and lifestyle. If something is not quite right, tell us within 7 days of your visit and we will, at our discretion, refine the service at no additional cost. Refunds for completed services are not standard practice.

To preserve a calm environment, we kindly ask that you arrive without unattended children. Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent for treatment.

The content of this website (photographs, copy, design) is the property of Asamy Aura Design. You may share or link to pages, but please do not reproduce content for commercial use without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by Québec law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the Québec Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
