Every facial begins with a quiet skin reading under daylight-balanced lamps — texture, tone, hydration, congestion, sensitivity. Only then do we build the protocol. You may receive a deep cleanse with enzyme exfoliation, a focused extraction, a sculpting facial massage, a mask matched to today's skin (not last month's), LED therapy, and a finishing routine you can replicate at home. No two visits are identical, because no two days of skin are identical.

Frequently asked.
- How often should I have a facial?
- Every four to six weeks aligns with your skin's renewal cycle. Acne or pigmentation programs may run more frequently for the first three months.
- Will I have downtime afterwards?
- Most facials leave you glowing immediately. Deeper protocols (peels, intensive extractions) may produce mild redness for a few hours.
- Can I have a facial before an event?
- Yes — book a Glow facial 48 hours before. Avoid first-time deep peels in the week before any major event.
- I have sensitive skin or rosacea — is this safe?
- Yes. Tell us at booking and we adjust temperature, exfoliation and product strength accordingly. Many of our regulars have rosacea.
- Do you sell the products you use?
- We carry a curated boutique of professional brands. There is no pressure to buy — we'll happily write down a routine for you to source elsewhere.
