Do I need an appointment?
Yes — to honour our slow, considered approach, all visits are by appointment only. Reserve via /booking or by phone.

What is brow architecture?
Brow architecture is our name for the practice — the deliberate study of the brow before a single hair is touched. It is our way of saying that brow work is architecture, not grooming.

What does eyebrow threading feel like?
eyebrow threading is what most clients describe as surprisingly meditative. Sessions last 15–20 minutes.

How long does brow lamination last?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks. We provide a small at-home conditioning serum to extend the result. Performed under our signature protocol.

Where can I get a lash lift or lash lift?
Lash lift is available at our Montréal studio.

Is Hydrafacial suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The protocol is gentle, non-invasive, and adjusted to each skin type — including reactive or rosacea-prone skin.

Do you offer men's services?

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service fee.

Yes — physical and digital, in any denomination. Available in-studio or via /shop.
