Who we share with.
We never sell your personal information. All providers are bound by confidentiality and process data in Canada or in jurisdictions offering equivalent protection.

We keep client records for as long as you remain an active guest, plus the period required by Québec tax and consumer-protection law (typically six years). After that, your file is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Under Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask for corrections, to withdraw consent, to request deletion (where the law permits), and to lodge a complaint with our privacy officer or with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
