Cancellation Policy.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a single-service appointment, and 48 hours' notice for multi-service or longer bookings (90 minutes or more). Notice may be given by phone, text or email — we count whichever arrives first.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: a fee of 50% of the service price applies.
• Less than 4 hours' notice or no-show: a fee of 100% of the service price applies.
• The fee is charged to the card on file or invoiced before your next booking.

We will always do our best to accommodate a late arrival. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest isn't kept waiting. The full service price still applies.

Rescheduling within the notice window is always free — just give us a call at 438-380-4786 or reply to your confirmation email. Life happens, and we'd much rather move your appointment than lose you for a season.

Sudden illness, family emergency, or contagious symptoms (cold, flu, conjunctivitis) are always exempt — please stay home and let us know. We'd rather reschedule than risk your wellbeing or that of our team.

Some services (laser packages, multi-service bookings, bridal preparation) require a small deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your final bill and is refundable if you cancel within the standard notice window.
